Care Team Leader
Birchwood Court, Peterlee
£15.34 Per Hour
33 Hours available - Night Shifts

Your role

-Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home
-Work together as a team to enrich residents' lives and support colleagues
-Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans
-Make leisure and social activities part of every day
-Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development
Your skills

-Experience in care (NVQ3/SVQ3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable)
-Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly
-Team player who values collaboration
-Kindness and genuine interest in older people
-Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect
