Main duties of the job As a Bank Care Support Worker at KIMS Hospital, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting the nursing team within outpatient and clinical settings. You will help ensure patients receive high-quality, compassionate care aligned with the KIMS vision of "championing healthcare at its best". This role is ideal for someone patient-focused, adaptable, and committed to excellent standards of care and patient experience. Main Responsibilities

  • Support patients before, during and after clinic appointments, ensuring comfort, dignity and reassurance at all times.
  • Monitor and record basic clinical observations such as temperature, pulse, respirations and weight, maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Assist with patient admission and registration processes and act as a chaperone when required.
  • Prepare and maintain clinical equipment, treatment areas and supplies to ensure smooth running of clinics.

    NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social care (or equivalent), Experience working in a hospital or outpatient environment.
