Care Support Worker

You will work across two local services, so flexibility is important.What You'll Be Doing As a Support Worker, you'll be helping people to:

• Develop everyday living skills
• Build confidence and independence
• Access local activities, clubs and community events
• Attend appointments and manage daily routines
• Explore hobbies, interests and new experiences
• Achieve personal goals and aspirations
• Maintain meaningful connections with family, friends and their community
Most importantly, you'll provide encouragement, companionship and practical support that enables people to thrive.

Previous care experience isn't essential. What matters most is having the right values and a genuine desire to help others. We're looking for people who are:
