Full Job Description
No two days are the same. You will provide tailored, person-centered care that includes:
- Community & Social Life: Assisting customers in accessing social events, hobbies, and community activities.
- Daily Living: Supporting with meal planning, cooking, shopping, and household tasks.
- Well-being: Helping customers get ready for the day and managing their health, which includes providing personal care.
- Specialised Care: Managing medication, manual handling, and assisted feeding (PEG feeding) where required (full training provided). Shift Patterns
- Contracts are scheduled over 7 days.
- The ability to work on a rota basis, including alternate weekend days, is essential.
- Optional Earnings: Non-contractual sleeping nights are available at £60 per night.

- Qualifications: An NVQ, Care Certificate, or other healthcare qualifications are desirable but not essential.
- Mobility: Being a driver is a plus, though not a requirement.
