We are currently looking for a Care Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Tunbridge Wells, supporting young adults with complex needs. This includes individuals with mental health conditions, autism, and learning disabilities. Experience in these areas is an advantage., We welcome individuals who are: - Naturally kind, caring, and empathetic

- Confident in supporting with cooking and daily living skills

- Competitive pay: £13.45 per hour
