Care & Support Team Leader

Youll be working 39.8 hours per week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Fairways. Located in a beautiful Suffolk village, Fairways supports adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. The home provides longer term placements for individuals who require round the clock care and support.
