After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £13.45 per hour and £69.76 per sleeping night shift (8 hours per sleeping night shift) This position involves a full-time role of 36 hours per week, and will include a mixture of day shifts and sleep-in nights shifts. Then come and join us in a rewarding career as a Care Support Assistant., We are currently seeking a Care Support Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated team, supporting our clients based in Northwich., As a Care Support Assistant, you will receive full training to help you thrive in your role and gain confidence in providing quality care. After training is completed, you will receive a competitive rate of pay of £13.45 for day shifts and £69.76 per sleeping night shift. This position involves 36 hours per week, including day/sleeping night shifts, including 1 x 24 hour shift per week,

• Assisting clients in their daily routines, encouraging independence wherever possible
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping with household tasks and meal preparation
• Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
• Administering medication when required
  
  To be successful as a Care Support Assistant, you'll need:
