If this sounds like the place for you, wed love to hear from you! ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within
the Care Services team ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and ensu, The Care Supervisor - Nights role at Avery Healthcare involves managing and guiding a small team within the Care Services team. The individual will ensure high standards are followed and that residents choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are prioritized. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality person-centred care, monitoring residents' progress, addressing concerns or complaints promptly, and providing ongoing support to residents and their families. The position requires living the company's values of being caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Ideal candidates must possess a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, have a recognized Medication administration qualification, and prior experience in a Senior Care role.
