As a Care Supervisor, your focus will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team, ensuring Avery's processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards. You will promote and deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, closely monitor and report on their daily progress, and provide ongoing support to residents, their families, and the Care Services Team.
