ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team ensuring Avery processes and procedures are
followed to the highest standards and ensuring that our residents choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity., As a Care Supervisor at Avery Healthcare, you will be part of a supportive team dedicated to making a positive impact on residents' lives. You will manage, support, and guide your team within Care Services, ensuring that all procedures and processes are upheld to the highest standards. The role requires promoting high-quality, person-centred care, closely monitoring residents' progress, and addressing concerns or complaints promptly. You will also support residents, their families, and your team.
