Are you an experienced Senior Carer or Care Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career? Melody Care is seeking a compassionate, organised and proactive Care Supervisor to support our Professional Carers and help deliver outstanding care to clients in the community. This is a varied role split between field-based supervision and office support, acting as a key link between carers, clients and the branch team. Key Responsibilities
- Support and mentor new and existing Professional Carers in the field.
- Carry out supervisions, spot checks and competency assessments.
- Complete service user assessments, reviews, care plans and risk assessments.
- Attend first calls and support safe care delivery.
- Liaise with families, healthcare professionals and colleagues.
- Assist with safeguarding concerns, complaints and quality audits.
