Full Job Description

You are warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. (Those with L2 are welcome to apply but will need to undertake their L3.)
You are eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve the wellbeing of our residents.
You will have previous experience of managing team members.

Contract: Permanent
Hours: 33.5 hours per week, with a mixture of day and evening shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
Pay: £15.24 per hour for day shifts, £12.24 for sleeping night shifts, plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
