Full Job Description

  • Are you experienced with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional care? We're looking for a dedicated Care Service Manager to lead our nursing floor and help ensure our residents receive the highest standards of clinical and compassionate care., + Lead and support the nursing and care team to provide safe, person-centred care.
    • + Carry out clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management. + Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. + To support the General Manager with External Audit process to ensure the service is fully compliant. + Oversee day-to-day clinical operations on the nursing floor. + Mentor and develop staff, promoting a positive and professional working environment. + Work closely with residents and their families to maintain open and supportive communication. What you need: + Experienced in a care home, hospital, or similar clinical environment. + Confident in leading teams and managing clinical responsibilities. + Compassionate, proactive, and committed to resident wellbeing. + Knowledgeable about safeguarding, person-centred care, and CQC standards. + Ability to self-motivate, work on your own initiative as well as being a team player. + A caring nature and an intuitive sensitivity to the needs of others. + Excellent communication skills.
