We are looking for a motivated and supportive Care Professional Quality & Compliance Lead to help maintain the highest standards of care, training, and compliance across our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting Care Professionals, promoting best practice, and driving continuous improvement in care quality. Job Description What You'll Do
- Support the recruitment onboarding process for new Care Professionals.
- Complete inductions, competency checks, spot checks, and observations.
- Monitor and support completion of training and e-learning.
- Provide guidance and coaching to Care Professionals to promote high standards and confidence.
- Carry out audits and quality checks relating to care delivery and documentation.
- Support investigations, incident follow-ups, and compliance actions where needed.
- Promote safe working practices and ensure compliance with company policies and CQC standards.
- Work closely with scheduling and office teams to support consistency of care.
- Identify additional training and development needs within the team.
- Help maintain a positive, supportive, and person-centred care culture.
- Participate in the on-call rota and support care calls when required.
Previous experience within care is essential. - Strong understanding of care standards, compliance, and quality assurance.
- Experience supporting or mentoring is desirable.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Organised, proactive, and approachable.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality person-centred care.
- Confident using digital care systems and training platforms.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
