Care Professional

You will complete a 12 week induction and onboarding programme giving you all the support you need to confidently and safely provide care to our clients. This will include:

• An introduction to Radfield Home Care, our values, the team and our #BeThere moments
• How to maintain professional boundaries, identify safeguarding concerns, ensuring equality and diversity through person centred care.
• Learn and try out how to safely support people to move with equipment keeping yourself protected at all times.
• Practice basic life support, medication support and pressure care
• Health and Safety, good personal hygiene and food preparation.
We are a leading Home Care Provider who pays travel time, mileage and a competitive rate of pay. In addition you will get full training and a dedicated mentor in your first 12 weeks. We welcome your application even if you don't meet all of the essential criteria as we will provide you with all the necessary training to thrive in the role. • Provide care in the community for people who need assistance to live independently within their own homes
• A range of support with personal care
• Household tasks, medication support and companionship
We encourage people from different sectors to apply, as no experience is necessary and full training is provided. If you are used to working from home but are now looking for a new challenge, or perhaps you have a background in retail, sales, hospitality, education, childcare or delivery driving.. You could be a great fit if you are caring by nature. Whilst you do not need to have the experience to apply, Radfield Home Care are also very interested in speaking with candidates with previous care experience in roles such as care assistant, support worker, healthcare assistant, carer and those with care home background.

  We pay you for your time with the client, your time travelling between clients and your mileage. Your travel time and mileage is calculated real time from google so is a true reflection of your time.
• £14.00/ hour weekdays, £16.00/ hour weekends
• £13/ hour travel time
• 45p/ mile
• Full time and part time shifts available
• Our morning shift requires availability 7am-2pm
• Our evening shift requires availability 4pm-10pm
• We require alternate weekend availability or every Saturday or every Sunday
• Night shifts available 10pm-7am
