Care Professional

Home Instead is looking for compassionate Care Professionals to join our team on a full-time basis, supporting older adults to remain happy and independent in their own homes. Job Description Full-Time Hours Guaranteed 30-hour contract Set availability with a rolling 2-week rota: Week 1 - Early Shifts Week 2 - Evening Shifts Every Other Weekend Required You will be helping our clients to remain in their homes and communities, promoting their independence and happiness, whilst building a meaningful relationship. Your duties may include:

• Helping clients with daily routines (preparing meals, getting ready, medication, night time routines)
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with personal care needs
• Building trusting relationships with your clients' families and other care professionals.
