Full Job Description

LNT Construction Limited, part of the LNT Care Developments Group, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver care home projects across Kent from groundworks to handover. You will coordinate subcontractors and internal teams, manage programmes and budgets, and ensure compliance with Building Regulations, fire safety and HSE policies.

The role requires proven care-home project experience, knowledge of traditional build methods, CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work, plus a full UK driving
