As Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the home with compassion, professionalism and vision. You will inspire your team to deliver person-centred care of the very highest standard while ensuring the home remains fully compliant, commercially successful and a warm, welcoming environment for residents and families alike.
You will use your clinical and operational expertise to:
+ Lead and develop a high-performing care team
+ Deliver exceptional standards of person-centred care
+ Build strong relationships with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals
+ Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and governance standards
+ Drive occupancy, quality and continuous improvement
