Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the care home
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care in line with regulatory standards
Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation and guidelines (including CQC requirements)
Manage, support, and develop staff to create a positive and effective working environment
Oversee budgets, occupancy levels, and overall operational performance
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Lead on inspections and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or in a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice within care services
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
A compassionate, resident-focused approach
Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g. NVQ Level 5 or equivalent)
Ability to hit the ground running and manage change effectively
