• Prepare and cook meals in line with dietary requirements and care plans
• Plan menus that meet nutritional standards and resident preferences
• Manage food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance at all times
• Maintain stock control and kitchen organisation
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality dining experience for residents
  
  You must have experience working in a professional kitchen.
• Must have knowledge of specialist diets and allergens.
• You must hold a valid Food Hygiene Certificate., Experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen environment (preferably a care home setting)
• Strong knowledge of specialist diets, allergens, and food safety
• Valid Food Hygiene Certificate
• Ability to manage workload independently and maintain standards
