All colleagues within the College contribute to the success of our students and we actively work to eliminate any barriers at work, ensuring you have the opportunity to thrive., You will supporting care experienced students to successfully transition into college, monitoring and supporting positive attendance, behaviour, retention and progress whilst on programme.

You will be providing support for students to progress at the end of their study programme.

You will actively be contributing to the planning and delivery of a high-quality support service, aligned to the College's strategy, mission and values to reduce NEET (not in education, employment or training.)

We offer the widest range of academic and vocational qualifications in the area, with more than 1,000 courses available from entry to degree level and we provide education and training to approximately 10,000 students each year.
