Care Coordinator

We are looking for an organised and compassionate Care Co-ordinator to join our Sheffield Family Service. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day running of a residential service, ensuring residents, their children, and visiting professionals receive a high-quality, well-coordinated service.

You will act as a central point of contact within the service, combining administration, coordination, and frontline support.

Hours: 37.5 per week, Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day administration and smooth running of the service office

Coordinate and book appointments for residents and external professionals

Maintain accurate diaries, records, and communication systems

Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and professionals

Welcome visitors and complete ID and safeguarding checks

Support residents with day-to-day needs when they attend the office

Order and manage medication in line with procedures
