At Agincare, we know great care starts with great coordination. We're looking for a Care Coordinator at our Andover branch, who enjoys organising, problem-solving, and connecting the right carers with the clients who need them most.

What we offer:

  • £26,500 - £28,000 annual salary
  • Refer-a-friend bonus of up to £1,000
  • Mileage allowance of 32p per mile
  • Fully funded training and career development up to QCF Level 5

About you:

  • We're looking for someone who is organised, people-focused and enjoys keeping things running smoothly, as well as:
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK

The role of a Care Coordinator

  • Coordinate care services and client schedules
  • Match carers with clients to meet individual needs
  • Support the setup of new care packages
  • Plan rotas to ensure continuity of care
  • Communicate with families and healthcare professionals
  • Record staff availability, absences, and emergency calls
  • Participate in the on-call rota when required
  • Willigness to cover the on-call phone (additional pay provided)
