Join an award-winning home care team where you'll be the organisational heart of the office. As our Care Coordinator, you'll keep quality care running smoothly for people in their own homes across Kirklees - making sure the right carer is in the right place at the right time. It's a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same, and where the work you do genuinely changes lives. You'll work closely with our Registered Manager and field care team to coordinate care, build reliable rotas, and be a trusted point of contact for our customers, their families and our carers.About this role What you'll do: · Build and maintain staff rotas using our scheduling software, matching carers to customers thoughtfully · Be the first friendly point of contact for customer and carer queries, resolving them quickly · Monitor care delivery to make sure our high standards are always met · Coordinate with customers, families, healthcare professionals and local authorities · Support recruitment, onboarding and retention of a great care team · Keep accurate records and ensure CQC and regulatory compliance · Handle scheduling changes and provide emergency cover when needed

  • Experience in care coordination, scheduling or a busy administrative role
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and a warm, professional manner
  • Confident IT skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Desirable (and if not, we'll help you get there)
  • Background in home care or health & social care
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and CQC compliance
  • Knowledge of domiciliary and person-centred care
  • Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification - we'll fund this for the right person

    £28,000-£32,000, depending on experience
