Full Job Description
You'll play a key part in keeping our service running smoothly:
- Build and manage efficient, consistent care rotas
- Coordinate visits using digital scheduling systems
- Communicate with carers, clients, and families professionally
- Maintain high standards in line with CQC expectations

Experience in domiciliary care (essential) - NVQ Level 3 (or working towards it)
- Organised, calm, and solution-focused
- Confident using rostering/scheduling systems

If you're currently a Care Coordinator (or a Senior Carer ready to step up), you'll know the reality of the role can sometimes feel like constant firefighting. That's not how we operate. At Bluebird Care Stamford, we've built a stable, well-supported service with established care rounds and a strong team-so you can focus on coordinating quality care, not constantly plugging gaps. What you'll earn - £28,000-£30,000 base salary (depending on experience)
- + On-call payments (£50-£100 per week)
- + Quarterly bonus (£1,500-£3,000 per year)
