Perhaps youre an experienced care professional ready for something new, or you have a background in workforce scheduling and would love to bring those skills into care. At Agincare, we know great care starts with great coordination. Were looking for a Care Coordinator who enjoys organising, problem-solving, and connecting the right carers with the clients who need them most. We offer a £27,000 annual salary, refer-a-friend bonus of up to £1,000, fully funded training and career development up to QCF Level 5, Blue Light Card discounts, company pension scheme, and on-demand pay. Were looking for someone who is organised, people-focused, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-paced environment, full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle. A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK and at least 1 year administrative experience are required. Experience in care would be desirable but not necessary. The role includes coordinating care services, matching carers with clients, planning rotas, recording staff availability, and participating in on-call rotations.
