Full Job Description
- You will within the Residential Care Unit and provide person-centred care and support for the residents within this unit.
- You will communicate the needs of service users to management and maintain good relations between service users, staff, and visitors to the unit.
- You will enable the service users in the unit to maintain or regain their independence, individuality, and dignity. Why Wakefield Council?

NVQ 2 in Social Care or working towards. - An understanding of Safe manual handling techniques.
- Knowledge of Safeguarding Adults.
