Care Assistants

At Home Instead, we give you the time to make a difference. Our visits are at least an hour long, so you can focus on what matters - helping someone feel safe, comfortable and valued. You'll be supporting older adults with things like:

• Providing respectful personal care, such as helping with washing, showering, bathing, dressing and personal hygiene, while always maintaining dignity and independence
• Supporting with mobility and helping clients move around their home safely
• Preparing meals, snacks and hot drinks
• Helping with light household tasks to keep their home safe and comfortable
• Offering companionship, conversation and a friendly face
• Supporting with medication reminders and other health-related tasks where appropriate
  
  No Experience? No Problem!
We're looking for people with the right values and attitude. For example:
• Have you cared for a loved one or supported a family member?
• Are you someone who can chat easily and make others feel at ease?, Right to work in the UK
• Full driving licence and access to a car
• Clear English and good communication skills
• A warm, patient and caring nature
  
  Home Instead are looking for kind, reliable Care Assistants to support older adults across Folkestone and Hythe, Kent.
You'll be required to work Evenings 16:00-22:00 and alternate Weekends. If you have a caring heart and a friendly smile, you can make someone's day - from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
