Full Job Description

HoneyBee is looking for caring, compassionate, and reliable individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. If you are passionate about helping others and making a positive difference in people's lives, we would love to hear from you!

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.

Assist with dressing, washing, bathing, and toileting while promoting dignity and independence.

Support service users with meals, drinks, and medication in line with their care plans and training.

Offer companionship, emotional support, and reassurance.

Assist with mobility and moving safely.

Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate care records.

Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of those in your care.

A caring, patient, and compassionate attitude.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliability, flexibility, and a positive approach to teamwork.

A willingness to learn and undertake relevant training.

Previous care experience is an advantage but not essential, depending on the role.
