Full Job Description

To provide clients with the highest possible standard of care and support.
To work in accordance with the policies and procedures of Care For All.
To ensure the confidentiality of the client and Care For All at all times.
To build good relationships with clients.
To provide clients with daily care and maintaining independence.
To assist clients with their daily activities of living e.g. dressing, eating, medication, bathing and social needs.
To keep the client's environment clean and tidy.
To assist trained staff and the care manager, under supervision and where appropriate, to carry out their clinical responsibilities.
To report any changes or anything unusual to the care manager/on call supervisor.
To maintain the highest level of personal work cleanliness and hygiene.
To adopt a neat, clean and tidy appearance of yourself at all times and to wear only the appropriate uniform (unless otherwise agreed).
To be helpful and courteous with all clients and their families.
To report all compliments, comments and complaints.
To carry out all duties having regard for the safety of the client, self, staff and other individuals that may be in the workplace.
To be fully aware of Health and Safety issues and procedures.
To become fully orientated to a place of work and the necessary Fire Safety procedures.
To report all accidents and incidents according to statutory, company and client policy.

Mileage allowance: 50p per mile (on top of your hourly rate)
Shift patterns on a two-week rolling rota
