Full Job Description

Carers responsibilities are but not limited to providing personal care and support with daily living activities,

Assist with medication, nutrition, and mobility,

Support people with dementia, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, and long-term health conditions

Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing,

Maintain accurate care records and report concerns appropriately

Due to the rural nature of the role, applicants must be confident driving long distances, working independently, and travelling across villages and remote communities in all weather conditions.
