Care Assistants

Caronne Care is dedicated to promoting the welfare, wellbeing, and independence of its service users through high-quality, person-centred care. Care Assistants provide support with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and emotional wellbeing while building meaningful relationships with service users.

We are looking for caring, reliable individuals with excellent communication skills, a person-centred approach, and access to their own vehicle. Previous care experience is not essential, as full induction training, ongoing professional development, and career progression opportunities are provided.

We offer flexible shifts across seven days a week, including morning/lunch shifts (07:00-15:00) and tea/bed shifts (15:30-21:30). The role offers competitive pay of £13 per hour, employer pension contributions, paid maternity leave, a free first uniform, and additional employee benefits.
