Care Assistant - Days | £12.85 per hour | 22 - 44hrs Per Week | Chetwynd House Care Home, Nottingham
Join Adept Care Homes, a family-run group providing high-quality residential and dementia care across the Midlands. We're looking for caring, reliable Care Assistants to join our friendly team at Chetwynd House, a luxury 75-bed care home.
- Pay & Hours:
- £12.85 per hour
- 22-44 hours per week (overtime available)
- Day shifts: 07:00-19:00 (alternate weekends)

What You'll Do:
- Deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect
- Support residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities
- Build strong relationships as a key worker for residents
- Accurately record care notes and report any changes in condition
- Support and supervise care staff to maintain high standards
- Encourage participation in leisure and social activities
- Follow health, safety, and infection control procedures at all times
What We're Looking For:
- A positive, caring, and compassionate attitude (essential)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous care experience (desirable but not essential)
