Care Assistant - Days | £12.85 per hour | 22 - 44hrs Per Week | Chetwynd House Care Home, Nottingham


Join Adept Care Homes, a family-run group providing high-quality residential and dementia care across the Midlands. We're looking for caring, reliable Care Assistants to join our friendly team at Chetwynd House, a luxury 75-bed care home.



  • Pay & Hours:


    • £12.85 per hour

    • 22-44 hours per week (overtime available)

    • Day shifts: 07:00-19:00 (alternate weekends)

What You'll Do:



  • Deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect

  • Support residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities

  • Build strong relationships as a key worker for residents

  • Accurately record care notes and report any changes in condition

  • Support and supervise care staff to maintain high standards

  • Encourage participation in leisure and social activities

  • Follow health, safety, and infection control procedures at all times

  • A positive, caring, and compassionate attitude (essential)

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Previous care experience (desirable but not essential)
