Care Assistant - Work Around the School Run

It is sometimes difficult to find paid work around getting the kids to school and back, but look no further, Home Instead Welwyn & Hatfield office are seeking a number of new people to join our team and have hours to suit your own personal availability.

We are looking to employ new people to work all sorts of differing times, so whatever your availability is then give us a call. We have days, evenings, weekends, a mixture of them all, and also you do not have to sign up for the full 5 days. If you have 3 days in the week and happy to work your hours on alternate weekends then we are happy to heat from you.

You may be aware of us, seeing our adverts on the TV, or read we are well placed in the top 100 employers in the UK, or been told by others how we pride ourselves in providing a truly superb service to our elderly clients.

Hourly rates between £13.30 - £14.30 per hour +
- Paid when travelling between each clients home.
- We also pay mileage allowance between £0.30 & £0.45/per mile.
- Full training provided and continuously developed.
- Paid when undergoing all training workshops or home e-learning.
- Paid Pension & Holidays.
- Each client visit lasts a minimum 1-hour.
- EAP programme in place offering advice and assistance if needed.

Essential Minimum Requirements:

- Resident within our franchise area.
- Must have full UK driving licence and car.
- Must have Right to Work in UK - we are not COS or SWAP licenced.
- Must be prepared to work on alternate weekend's.
