Care Assistant ( Weekend )

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Care Assistants to support our Female Clients in Bath, Radstock & Keynsham. In this role, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.,

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition.
• Support clients in engaging with their community and pursuing interests that matter to them.
  
  A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK., Experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a good command of English.
• Ability to develop and follow care plans effectively.
• A compassionate approach with a genuine desire to help others.
• A valid driver's license is beneficial for travel between client homes.
