Welcome to Home Instead, Welwyn & Hatfield office,

We are now seeking a number of new people to join our fantastic team of care professionals, and we are happy to consider people who have never previously worked within the care sector.

We are award winning trainers, so when you join us we will take great pride in making sure that you are knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and confident, even if you have not been working for a while.

We are currently recruiting people who have been out of the workplace for a while and who are now ready to re-join the world of work and who are keen to commence a role that will enable them to progress their career and gain professional qualifications whilst being paid.

We have no age limit and also welcome people who have retired but who we know have tremendous expertise and experience that we don't want to waste. We are very flexible on working hours and you do not need to work every day.

We do have a essential requirements and they are:

• You must have a UK driving licence and your own car.
• You must be prepared to work alternate weekends.
• You must have the Right to Work in the UK - we are not licenced to offer COS

If you meet these requirements we offer:

• £13.30 - £14.30 basic hourly salary, significantly increased with benefits
• Paid when travelling to clients
• When training, all hours paid either during workshops or e-learning
• £0.30-£0.45/per mile during travel between clients
• Minimum 1-hour visits - no part hourly payments
• We work to your availability
• Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates
• EAP programme in place, to assist with any personal problems
• Great colleague and management team are very professional
