Summary

Roche Health Care are looking to recruit a Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Fieldhead Court, Dewsbury

Salary: £12.71phr

Hours: BANK - Nights - 19.00-07.00am

Must be experienced in Care

Must have Dementia/End of life experience

We provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, some of whom have dementia. Our main priority for this is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own. Above all we want someone who shares our values. These are: A commitment to quality. Treating the people we support with passion. Showing dignity and respect to the people that you are working with. Having trust and respect for all of our team. Hold an NVC in health and social care or a willingness to undertake vocation training programme. Experience of working with older service users group preferred but not essential. Experienced of meeting the needs of older people is preferred but not essential. To be a kind and considerate person who is innovative and caring. Ability to provide quality care.
