ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of
services to residents. Other responsibilities will include: Assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times. Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Astbury Manor Care Home in Bracknell. In this role, you'll deliver high standards of personal care, assisting residents with dignity and respect. Key responsibilities include helping with personal hygiene, identifying clinical risks, and supporting an inclusive, respectful atmosphere for residents and visitors. We value compassion, dedication, and adaptability, and provide ample opportunities for growth in a supportive environment. No experience is necessary as a comprehensive induction and training program is provided. Applicants must effectively communicate, demonstrate initiative, and work efficiently. A DBS check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK are required, both provided by Avery Healthcare.
