ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services
to residents. Other responsibilities will include: Assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care ensuring opti, As a Care Assistant - Nights at Avery Healthcare, you'll deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring residents' dignity and independence. You'll recognize clinical risks such as weight loss and falls and respond promptly. Acting courteously towards residents and visitors while practicing safe work methods is crucial. No specific experience is required; however, you must embody our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Key skills include effective communication, initiative, and adaptability. A thorough training program is provided to ensure confidence in your role, with the expectation of undergoing a DBS Disclosure check.
