services to residents., As a Care Assistant - Nights at Avery Healthcare, your role will focus on delivering high standards of personal care, ensuring residents' dignity, respect, and independence. Responsibilities include assisting in personal hygiene care, recognizing clinical risks, acting courteously, and practicing safe work systems. Enthusiasm and dedication are key, and while experience isn't required, a thorough induction and training program will be provided.
