Were now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Assistant - Nights at Waterhouse Manor Care Home in Peterborough. ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to
ensure continuity of services to residents. Other responsibilities will include: Assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times. Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, sign of infections and escalate any identified risks in a timely manner., Avery Healthcare is focused on supporting the hardworking individuals who care for their residents. Their goal is to make a positive impact on the lives of residents daily through compassion and dedication. The role of a Care Assistant involves maintaining high standards of personal care and ensuring seamless services to residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene while maintaining their dignity and independence and identifying clinical risks in residents and acting promptly. Ideal candidates should exhibit effective communication, respectfulness, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to follow reasonable instructions from team
