ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure
continuity of services to residents., As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care and supporting the care team's efforts to maintain continuity of services for residents. Your role will involve assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimal independence, dignity, and respect at all times. Identifying clinical risk areas such as weight loss or risk of falls, acting courteously to residents and visitors, practicing safe systems of work, and respecting the individuality of each resident are key aspects of the role. No previous experience is required, and a thorough induction and training program will be provided.
