ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services, When you join Avery Healthcare, youll be making a positive impact on residents lives every day with your compassion and dedication. As a Care Assistant at Cliftonville Care Home in Northampton, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to the care team, ensuring continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene care, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, acting courteously towards residents, and practicing safe systems of work. Experience is not required, as we offer a thorough induction and training program to ensure confidence within your role. Candidates must communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and be adaptive and flexible to
cover a range of responsibilities.
