residents. Other responsibilities will include:Assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times. Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas in residents such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, sign, We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual for the position of Care Assistant with Avery Healthcare. The ideal candidate will join our award-winning team at Avery Park Care Home in Kettering, where they will make a positive impact on residents lives daily. The role involves delivering high standards of personal care and working closely with the care team to ensure service continuity. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene care, recognizing clinical risk areas, and acting courteously toward residents and their visitors. The position does not require prior experience, as we provide a thorough induction and training program. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and adapt to various responsibilities as needed. A DBS Disclosure check will be required, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK must be provided.
