Care Assistant (Nights)

Join Chetwynd House Care Home, a luxury 75-bed residential and dementia care home in Beeston. We're looking for a dedicated Night Senior Care Assistant to join our night team, providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting a friendly, compassionate staff team.
Pay & Hours:
+ £14.46 per hour
+ 33 - 44 hours per week (overtime available)
+ Night shifts: 19:00 - 07:00 (alternate weekends)
What You'll Do:
+ Deliver outstanding care in line with residents' care plans
+ Supervise and support care staff, promoting excellence and teamwork
+ Administer medication safely and maintain accurate records
+ Monitor residents' wellbeing and liaise with families and healthcare professionals
+ Maintain confidentiality, uphold dignity, and ensure a safe environment

+ Previous senior care experience (care home experience preferred)
+ NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable)
+ Confident in leading a team and administering medication
+ Compassionate, reliable, and professional
