Care Assistant - Leeds

As a Care Assistant, this role plays an important part in delivering high quality, person centred care within a specialist complex care environment. This opportunity is open to both new and experienced candidates, with full training and ongoing support provided. Working as part of a close knit team, the role supports residents with personal care, mobility, nutrition and daily routines, including those with advanced dementia and complex health needs. Care is delivered in line with detailed care plans, ensuring consistency, safety and a structured approach. The role involves observing and responding to changes in residents' physical and emotional wellbeing, supporting a calm and reassuring environment, and working closely with nurses and senior staff to deliver high standards of care. A strong focus is placed on dignity, comfort and promoting the best possible quality of life.

Care Assistant Care and Support - Silver Lodge Care Home Contract: Full Time Salary: 12.71 Per Hour Shift Type: Days Contracted hours: Full Time and Part Time Silver Lodge Care Home is a purpose built 40 bed care home, providing specialist nursing dementia and complex nursing dementia care across two dedicated 20 bed units. The home offers a safe, structured, and supportive environment, designed to meet the needs of residents requiring high levels of clinical and dementia care, with a strong focus on dignity, wellbeing, and person centred support.
