Joining as a Home Care Assistant involves making a real difference in clients lives by helping them live with dignity and joy in their own homes. This involves tasks like sharing a cup of tea, a good chat, helping with daily routines and personal care. The job doesnt require prior experience as comprehensive training is provided. Compensation includes up to £13.50 an hour, a £500 welcome bonus, and mileage paid at 32p per mile, among other benefits. Alternating weekends are required.
