Full Job Description
This is a community-based Care Assistant role supporting customers in their own homes across Newmarket, Fordham and Burwell and surrounding villages. As a Home Care Assistant, you will:
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect
- Support medication administration
- Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Promote independence and choice
- Complete accurate care documentation
