responsibilities will include:
Building meaningful relationships with residents and getting to know what matters to them.Providing personal care and practical support, always protecting residents' dignity, privacy, independence and choice.Helping residents with everyday routines and activities while encouraging them to remain as independent as possible.Supporting residents to enjoy meaningful activities, hobbies and social opportunities.Observing residents and reporting any changes in their health or wellbeing to your line manager.Supporting a safe environment by raising concerns relating to health, safety, safeguarding, incidents or maintenance.

Experience caring for a family member, friend or someone living with dementia can be helpful, but it isn't essential.
