At Choice Care, we provide the best possible care and support for those that need it - including people coming to the end of life, those with dementia, sensory impairment, or physical difficulties - enabling our clients to live in their own homes with dignity and enjoy the best possible quality of life. We are a Preferred Provider for BWD Social Services and Lancashire county council we also provide care for the CCG as well as private clients. We are a family business and have been providing care in the area for 26 years. We support people from areas including Blackburn, Darwen, Accrington, Oswaldtwistle and Burnley and you will stay in one location throughout the night. If you have no experience you will receive the hourly rate of £12.75 per hour, you will be trained first of all in our classroom by our inhouse registered nurse and management team, and then be mentored one on one by one of our experienced qualified carers. If you have at least 6 months caring experience you will receive the hourly rate of £13.10 per hour. If you already hold your NVQ level 2 or higher in Health & Social care, or once you achieve this your pay goes up to £13.50, - Paid waiting and travel time
